A wizardry allowing a wizard to travel backward in time for short periods.

These wizardries are usually fairly carefully controlled by area advisory wizards or their equivalents, and issued on a "need-to-go" basis, when it's adjudged that their usage will not potentially derail other important events in the recent timeflow.
