With our expanding member base and need for more message space, the time has come for changes at the Forums. So we've just moved them to a new home, where they're now running on the popular and powerful vBulletin forum software.

The new location of the YW discussion forums is at http://www.youngwizards.com/forums/. All 45,000+ of the original forums' messages -- including the famous Topic of Great Randomness, eleven thousand posts long and still growing -- have been moved to the new location.

If you're already a YW discussion forums member (or a subscriber to our premium services), all you need to do is visit the forum to update your personal information slightly: your avatar may need to be reloaded, and your password must be reset. If the email address you had on file with us here is current and correct, you should have received a message inviting you to drop by the forums and reset your password so that you can resume posting.

If you're an old member and haven't received an email about this, click on this link. This will bring you to a page at the new Forums where you can insert your (profile) email address and be sent a link that will allow you to log in and reset your password inside the new system. Please note that the email address must be the one associated with your profile at the YW.net forums, as that was the address which was imported for your profile during the move. If you can't remember what email address you're signed up under at the old forums, please log in at the old forums and check your profile for the right address, or change it to a new one if you need to.

For those of you who've subscribed to the premium content area, please note that this has been moved to the new Forum home. By now you should have received an email with details. If you haven't, please log into the Forums and contact us.
