Young Wizards LiveJournal IconsThis is a "No Hotlinking" areaPlease don't try to just copy the location of an icon and then use that URL to pull the image into your LJ or forum. That's "hotlinking," and we've blocked it -- because we pay for our bandwidth, and when other websites hotlink to our content, we're the ones who wind up paying. We're delighted to share our icons with you, but to use them you've got to download them to your own computer and then upload them to your own web space, LJ profile or forum upload area. To save icons (in most browsers), right-click and use the option "Save picture as...". Then choose a directory in which to save the icon, give the icon a name (if it doesn't show one already) and click "OK". That's all there is to it! Afterwards, all you have to do is upload the icon to the profile or Web storage space of your choice. (Please scroll down, as the table structure holding the icons is displaying incorrectly.)

SearchFrom the YW Quotebook...Wizardry is one of the most ancient and misunderstood of arts. Its public image for centuries has been one of a mysterious pursuit, practiced in occult surroundings, and usually used at the peril of one's soul. The modern wizard, who works with tools more advanced than bat's blood and beings more complex than medieval demons, knows how far from the truth that image is. Wizardry, though exciting and interesting, is not a glamourous business, especially these days, when a wizard must work quietly so as not to attract undue attention...
